A Queen's Conversation is operated by Jimmy Lee and is based in Houston, Texas. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the details you enter:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and any message you include.
- Booking a session: when you book through our scheduling tool (Acuity Scheduling), you provide your name, email, phone number, the appointment time you choose, and any notes you add to your booking.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to schedule and deliver your coaching sessions, respond to your questions, and improve our services. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How We Share Your Information
We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate our business, and only as needed to provide those services. These providers include:
- Acuity Scheduling — our booking and appointment tool, which manages session scheduling and reminders.
- Our customer-relationship platform — which stores the contacts you create and helps us respond to your inquiries.
- Fathom Analytics and our website hosting provider — Fathom is our privacy-focused analytics provider, which measures site traffic in aggregate without identifying you individually, and our hosting provider keeps this website online.
These providers process your information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.
Payments
When you pay for a session, payment processing is handled by Acuity Scheduling's secure payment system. We do not collect or store your full card number or other payment details on this site. Any payment information you enter is transmitted directly to and stored by the payment processor under its own security standards.
Analytics & Tracking
We use Fathom Analytics to understand how visitors use this website so we can improve it over time. Fathom is a privacy-focused analytics service that measures site traffic in aggregate and does not use cookies to identify you personally or follow you across other websites. It collects only minimal, non-identifying details — such as the pages you view and the general website that referred you — and does not collect personally identifying information about you.
Your Choices
You may request access to, a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below. If you are a parent or guardian who submitted information on behalf of a contestant, you may make these requests on their behalf as well.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information using appropriate technical and organizational measures, and we limit access to the people and systems that need it to run our business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data accordingly.
